Our guides have been working and treated fairly since the day the company started in 2002. As for future employees, we will keep treating all current or potential employees, business partners and other stakeholders honestly and fairly and without prejudice.As a small company all our staff is seen as a close family and this is a very important base for our job.

Social Program
Part of your donation and tour contribution goes to kids whose dream is to play football. Having that said, Fusão is a social project program whose purpose is to educate through sport. We have been operating in Rio for over 10 years and have helped more than 10,000 children in the region. There is no monthly fee and we are completely depended on donations to keep the social work running. Your generous donation helps us provide food for families at Rocinha Favela as well as providing sports kits and training wear in many occasions such as football activities in Rio.
